Shady Maple is a local, family owned business that started out as one of many little fruit & vegetable stands by the side of the road, and grew into a massive specialty grocery store we have today.  The Shady Maple Farm Market is open daily from 7 am – 7 pm, closed Sunday.  See website for special holiday hours & store closings.

While driving around Lancaster County to buy local gifts and foods can be a real treat / experience, not everyone has time for that.  Shady Maple is a great one-stop option where you can get all sorts of local treats, all in once place.  So save on gas & time and get all your PA Dutch shopping done here!  Shady Maple has their own bakery (whoopie pies, breads, pies!), and butcher/smoke house (sausages, ham, bacon, etc).  Plus they sell bulk natural foods, international foods, and ingredients/produce from LOCAL suppliers (fruit, vegetables, flour, eggs, butter, milk, yogurts etc!).

Every single product they sell at Shady Maple is top-quality.  Maybe it’s because they’re family owned, but whatever the reason, you don’t have to make the choice BETWEEN price and quality here… they offer both great prices and top quality in once convenient location.

My suggestion if you’re visiting from out of town, bring a COOLER!
