As the name suggests, the park boasts a magnificent view of the mighty Mississippi River. But that’s not all. The beautiful Riverview Park is comprised of 8 acres featuring natural areas, flower gardens, sledding areas, and a bandstand gazebo.

The park hosts Alton Municipal Band Concerts every Thursday at 8 pm beginning the first week of June and lasting 8 weeks.
