The Falmouth Sports Center is a large facility with everything from indoor tennis courts and racquetball courts to a large weight room and an expansive cardio fitness room. The equipment featured in the cardio arena and strength training includes such names as Freemotion, Keiser, Hammer and Body Masters as well as all manner of free weights. The fitness center has multiple personal trainers available that you can contract with to help you train for an upcoming race, lose weight or just help you get more fit.

If you like the idea of group fitness classes they have an aerobics studio that is staffed by two fantastic women whose business is called 241fitness. They offer all sorts of classes with one of the most popular being Zumba and even belly dancing.

For those more interested in hitting a ball around with a racquet there are 6 indoor and 3 outdoor tennis courts and the tennis club has leagues, lessons, tournaments and programs.
