Azure Café is “A taste of Italy on the coast of Maine,” featuring sustainable seafood, organic and all natural beef & pork dishes. The menu includes traditional Italian entrees such as Marsala and lasagna dishes and traditional Maine coast entrees, such as lobster rolls or fish n’chips. Azure is open seven days a week, serving lunch from 11:30 – 3PM, and dinners from 5 to 9PM , or to 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Live jazz is offered on Friday and Saturday evenings as an elegant accompaniment to your delicious meal. Jonas Werner, the owner, is proud to share that his Executive Chef, Christopher Bassett, has been with him for 10 years. The Maine Sunday Telegram recently awarded Azure four stars for “food, service and atmosphere!”

Vegan, lactose, and gluten free diets are all within the abilities of Chef Bassett’s kitchen. The Azure has an innovative bar on the first of it’s two floors, and is pleased to serve you on their large front patio (as well as welcome your dog), weather permitting. Recipient of the 2013 Wine Spectator Award, and with 110 different bottles of wine on their wine menu, there’s a bottle to match any menu selection.
