If you loved the music of Minnesota’s famous musician/singer/song writer Prince, then Duluth Minnesota is the place you will want to be to ring in the new year 2018. The Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra will present a tribute to Prince on Sunday evening, December 31, 2017 beginning at 7 p.m. The symphonic tribute is entitled Purple Rain and will feature music throughout Prince’s years of performing around the world. The very talented group of musicians will bring Prince’s music alive and should be a terrific show for Prince fans and music lovers.

The DSSO is a group of the finest musicians from the Duluth Superior and neighboring area that make up the symphony orchestra. The Prince tribute concert will be held in Symphony Hall at the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center in Duluth Minnesota. Tickets range from $25.00 to $65.00 and can be purchased online or on the telephone. It’s only right that you wear your best purple outfit in Prince’s honor and you can probably sing along as others will be!
