This appreciation for the Savannah art culture has been supported by Art March, a beloved Savannah event that takes place on the first Friday of each month.

Featuring local vendors and businesses, Art March was designed to provide recognition and culture to the midtown and downtown business and art areas. Started in 2012, the Art March has successfully livened the local market between Forsyth Park and Victory Drive, bringing it to the attention of locals and visitors alike. Each month, a map is drawn up with multiple locations to check into along the way. Stop into the various galleries, shops, and coffee shops on the list, such as Gypsy Girl Vintage, Graveface Records and Curiosities, Sentient Bean, and Foxy Loxy Print Gallery and Cafe. Enjoy the walk along Savannah’s historic streets, or catch the free Trolley ride to each destination!
