Description:
The University of Virginia is once again getting ready for another season of football here in Charlottesville. Hope springs eternal that this just might be the year when their luck/skill(?) turns around and we have an exciting season. The season starts off with a great challenge – UCLA on August 3oth. Then it’s Richmond, Louisville, BYU and Kent State in the month of September. October brings us more ACC division games (besides Louisville) with Pittsburgh, Duke, and North Carolina. The season ends in November after UVA has played Georgia Tech, Florida State, Miami and Virginia Tech.
The action locally here in Charlottesville takes place at Scott Stadium on the grounds of UVA. If you go make sure you are in your seats for the opening – spearheaded by CavMan.
It could be a long season this year as some of the opposing teams are nationally ranked and last year was pretty tough for our team. However the UVA team is getting ready to play their best.
