Lehman’s is a destination made up of four pre-Civil War era buildings now under one roof. A place to embrace the past, Lehman’s has an extensive antique collection displayed throughout the store. Lehman’s motto is” Simple products for a Simpler life” What started as a local small hardware store catering to the Amish with non-electric goods has blossomed into a major tourist destination. Your Amish Country getaway is not complete unless you stop and browse. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes. There is a lot to see. Thousands of products you might have thought were no longer in production can be found at Lehman’s– it is like going to a museum with no entrance fee and free parking!
Bring the entire family. The kids will enjoy the petting zoo, face painting and balloons. Free crafts will keep the kids busy along with all the free food samples scattered throughout the building. Before leaving do not forget to draw a lollipop from the lollipop tree, you just might win a prize along with a lollipop, of course.
