Hudson Valley Distillers is celebrating the launch of their first 3 spirits. Join them on Saturday, June 28th from noon-6pm for complimentary tours, tastings, light fare and music. There will even be entertainment for the kids! Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and make a day of it.

Proprietors Thomas Yozzo and Chris Moyer decided to start a farm distillery, sourcing as many ingredients as possible from the farm to create unique, high quality distilled spirits. In 2013 they purchased the small farm and  named it Spirits Grove Farm. The Farm was previously used as a nursery and came with a four acre apple orchard and greenhouses. The apples will be used to make an apple based vodka and the greenhouses to grow botanicals and flavorings for their gin.

The distillery is located in Clermont, just 5 miles North of Red Hook and open Fridays-Sundays from noon-6pm. They have unique merchandise for purchase, including leather wrapped and stainless steel flasks. The distillery can also be booked for private events.
