Cape May Easter Fashion Stroll

The Cape May Washington Street Mall will be alive with activity on Easter Sunday, April 20, when participants for the Easter Fashion Stroll in their best outfits register at noon near the Rotary Clock. The stroll starts at one o’clock. There are prizes for children by age. The groups are 3 and under, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13 and up. There is a prize for Best Children’s Easter Bonnet. Prizes are given for Best Dressed Lady and Best Dressed Man, Best Dressed Couple, Best Dressed Family and Best Adult Easter Bonnet. The Ypsi Area Street Rods thirty-fifth annual Show & Shine will be Sunday May 4, 2014, in Ypsilanti’s Riverside Park. This year’s event will support the local Cystic Fibrosis Association. The gates open at 9AM, registration is open until 1PM, and the show closes at 4 PM. If you pre-register by April 15, the fee is just $15. It is $20 at the gate the day of the show. Read More…

The 18th Annual Springfest Garden Show will be held this week in the Conservatory of the Sussex County Fairgrounds from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. As in the past, the area’s prominent landscape companies have been busy all winter designing their displays and building their glorious gardens.
