Heidi Lanford
Location: Waynesboro, VA
Since: 2007 — We moved back to Virginia, my home state, to be closer to my aging father in 2000. We moved to Waynesboro in 2007 because we purchased our inn here. I love the natural aspects of where we live. We’re close to the Appalachian Trail, and there are plenty of beautiful hiking trails, scenic views and national parks. The natural beauty of this area never ceases to amaze. Besides nature, there is such a huge variety of other activities around here, from wineries and breweries to music events and theater productions. There are always fun activities happening.
